Review: Gucci Liberty New Collection. Is It Worth It!?

Gucci Liberty collection is a collaboration between Gucci and a renowned London department store Liberty that was first introduced at Gucci's Fall Winter Fashion Show in 2020. Let's see what's available in this collection and whether it's worth the money.

Founded in 1875, Liberty's was always fond of art and culture and famous for floral print fabrics. Alessandro Michele, Gucci's creative director, worked with Liberty's archives to identify the retro designs and prints that were abandoned and almost not used at the time they were invented.

Michele, a lover of eclectic style that connects past and present, stated that picking these prints revived memories from the past and recreated them in the present. Living memories are a big idea behind this collection.

Gucci’s Autumn Winter 2020 fashion show in Milan showcased several interesting projects from the House, the most notable being that with Liberty.

The collaboration offers a wide selection of handbags, accessories, and clothes in delicate floral-themed prints that bring out the memories of the Liberty luxurious department store.
