J'ADIOR line was first released by Christian Dior in the 2017 Spring-Summer collection. It comprises 3 bags described below. It's different from other Dior bags as it has J'ADIOR golden letters across the bags.
The J'ADIOR line was developed by Maria Grazia Chiuri, Dior's creative director. She spent more than 10 years at Fendi (remember the Fendi Baguette Bag? She was the designer), then 17 years at Valentino and finally in 2016 she became the first woman to head the creative department at Dior. J'ADIOR was one of her first collections with the fashion house.
Golden large letters appear to be a major trend from high-end fashion brands released collections with large letters. Several years ago Louis Vuitton introduced the Masters collection with famous paintings that have the artist's name in golden letters across the bag. And here comes Dior with their rocker chic J'ADIOR collection.

Durability
The J'ADIOR bag is made from calfskin and it's not the most durable leather. You may expect a lot of small scratches around the flap. If you prefer longer nails, forget about this material. Can you see the scratches below the gold letters?
The black velvet inside seems practical but unfortunately, it's not. Any type of alcantra/velvet will show a lot of wear and tear. Of course, it can be cleaned.
Comfort
I used to think I hate bags with chains cause they're not that comfortable. I was wrong. The chain is nice, I totally love the aged golden chain, it's very stylish but please be aware that it's quite heavy.
The size is one of the best I've seen. It's not as small as Chanel WOC and not as large as Boy. To me, it's a perfect size that allows you to carry the stuff you need daily.
Staying power
Large golden letters are certainly trendy but will they stay for the next years? I doubt that. Maybe it's just me not liking the brand names printed or embossed across all the designer bags this season but I think J'ADIOR is cool if you need a streel style photo for your Instagram blog, for everything above that it's too much.
Price vs value
I admire Dior bags. Each of them is feminine to the extreme. However, I can't recommend you spending $3,350 on a bag that will show a lot of scratches.
However, if you need it desperately you can look it up on preloved luxury websites. One of them is Bagaholic and I highly recommend you to check out the price for this bag. It was more than 50% off retail.
